This support will provide Special Olympics athletes with a pro-team experience, including nutrition education, elite training and access to professional team gear, travel, scrimmages and matches against other MLS Unified Teams.

Olive Tree People Sees 400% Growth in Q1 2025

April 3, 2025 by DSN Staff Writer

Olive Tree People, a subsidiary of Oliveda International, Inc., announced 400% growth in the first quarter of 2025. The company saw an almost 1700% growth rate in its second year in the US, with sales of over $104.5 million.

In 2025, the company has plans to open Olive Tree People Experience stores, expand into Canada and Europe, and present the Olive Rose cosmetics brand at New York Fashion Week in September. A number of photo shoots, including Vanity Fair and Vogue, are expected to elevate enthusiasm for the Olive Rose brand later this year.

“In order to sustainably serve this growth, we already acquired additional land with 1,580 150-year-old mountain olive trees in the first quarter of 2025,” said Thomas Lommel, Oliveda Founder. “These, like all our other 31,000-plus mountain olive trees, will now be eco-certified so that they can then be put into production. We will continue to intensify our waterless beauty education because we believe that every one of the approximately 169 million women in the US and beyond deserve to learn the difference between waterless beauty and conventional beauty.”

eXp Realty Launches Co-Sponsor Program to Accelerate Agent Growth

April 3, 2025 by DSN Staff Writer

At its three-day eXpcon Montréal conference, eXp Realty announced a new Co-Sponsor Program designed to amplify leadership support while accelerating onboarding success. New agents and advisors joining eXp Realty may now select both a Primary Sponsor and a Co-Sponsor, providing broader access to knowledge sharing and support from two leaders, rather than one. The company described the initiative as “more than a structural change,” and instead believes it is a “strategic move to fuel agent growth, build scalable organizations and deepen collaborative DNA that powers eXp’s expansion.”

“Just like when we pioneered cloud-based real estate and launched revenue share, this is a moment that marks where we’re headed,” said Glenn Sanford, Founder, Chairman and CEO of eXp World Holdings. “The Co-Sponsor Program isn’t just a feature — it’s an evolution in how we grow together.”

The Co-Sponsor Program launches May 1, 2025 and will not change existing sponsorship structures. Co-Sponsors earn level 1 revenue share and a 50% Fast Start bonus, which is intended to incentivize experienced leaders to invest in agent success.

American Confidence in the Job Market Declines

March 31, 2025 by DSN Staff Writer

A new survey reveals that American workers are feeling uncertain about their financial futures. Results from a new LinkedIn Workforce Confidence survey explained that the level of confidence held by American workers in their ability to improve their own financial situation over the next six months is currently lower than it has been since the survey began gathering data in April 2020.

This lack of confidence outpaces even the instability the country experienced during the months surrounding the pandemic. The survey scores financial confidence on a scale of -100 to +100. In February, results showed +15, which is 11 points lower than the +26 that was recorded at the start of 2025. In April 2020, when the survey began, American workers held a financial confidence score of +16.

“Workers’ confidence in their career growth and job prospects also dropped to never-before-seen lows last month,” LinkedIn News wrote in a post. “The pessimism comes amid new economic policies, a slowing job market and predictions that AI advancements could disrupt most professions.”
