Stuart Johnson, Founder and CEO of SUCCESS Partners has launched a new venture, Transformation Capital, LLC, a boutique investment banking and business development firm with a primary industry focus on the direct selling vertical, as well as ancillary businesses.
“This business combines 35 years of experience in the direct selling space, as well as the extensive relationships I have been fortunate enough to build, with the financial, M&A and capital raising experience and expertise of my partner, Ryan Bright,” says Johnson. “I have known Ryan for more than 20 years and he possesses a wide breadth of financial industry experience, across both public and private equities, including investment banking, private equity, hedge funds and investor relations.”
Transformation Capital’s services include:
- Buy side and sell side M&A advisory
- Equity & debt financing
- Proprietary transactions
- Joint venture & partnership opportunities
- Institutional advisory
Both Johnson and Bright and have long believed that small and mid-market companies within our industry have been traditionally underserved and underappreciated within the financial community as we are often mis-understood and mis-categorized. “There is a gap evident that we can hopefully bridge,” says Johnson. “We know this industry, we know your businesses.”
“From a financial markets and investment perspective, firms are actively looking for opportunities that can generate positive returns in an environment that precludes a large number of industries from operating profitably.” – Stuart Johnson
Some might view this as an inopportune time to launch a new financial business, however, Johnson believes it to be the exact opposite. “Our ability to provide home based income opportunities in conjunction with valuable products and services is timely and seminal as our country, and the world as a whole, work to adjust to a new normal, at least for the foreseeable future,” Johnson adds. “From a financial markets and investment perspective, firms are actively looking for opportunities that can generate positive returns in an environment that precludes a large number of industries from operating profitably.”
