The US Direct Selling Association (DSA) hosted its annual DSA Awards, an event that recognizes DSA member companies who support independent sellers, work to improve industry best practices and strengthen their local communities. This year, 20 DSA member-company executives and Fellows from the Direct Selling Education Foundation served as judges and bestowed the following honors:
- OMNILIFE – Excellence in BusinessOMNILIFE’s OMNIBOT uses WhatsApp to provide Independent Business Owners access to approved product, pricing and business information, and delivers answers tailored to a user’s market and language. The digital assistant is now accessed more than 70,000 times each month across more than 20 countries.
- Immunotec – Marketing & Sales CampaignsImmunotec’s two-day event GLOW: The Glutathione Social Club attracted 500 attendees and 73 creators for wellness education and immersive brand experience designed for social sharing.
- PayQuicker – Partnership AwardPayQuicker has developed long-term partnerships that improve commission payments and support international expansion, modernizing payouts in Latin America for 4Life and maintaining payment continuity through transitions and new market entries for Shaklee.
- Hy Cite – Product InnovationHy Cite’s Royal Prestige MultiPan was designed to simplify meal preparation and reduce the need for multiple pieces of cookware, and generated more than $10 million in distributor purchases between January 2025 an April 2026.
- Pampered Chef – Technology InnovationPampered Chef’s Lead Lists uses AI and machine learning to transform customer relationships, purchase history and engagement data into outreach recommendations, and has resulted in an estimated $13 million in incremental revenue.
- Herbalife – Technology InnovationHerbalife’s AI-Driven Compliance Work Transformation program helps compliance teams identify potential issues and has reduced case documentation time from approximately 15 minutes to less than one minute.
- Sunrider International – Vision for TomorrowSunrider’s five-year partnership with Engage Now Africa has funded healthcare facilities, childhood malnutrition programs, and literacy and vocational training for vulnerable communities.
