dōTERRA has officially launched what it is calling its “elevated” compensation plan. The enhanced plan has been designed to simplify and expand opportunities for income potential and increase flexibility.
Improvements to the current plan include streamlined bonuses that remove qualification barriers as well as:
- A faster path to earning $500+/month through improved sales bonuses and sales growth incentives.
- A “Power of 3 Boost” that allows distributors to double their $50 or $250 Power of 3 sales bonus by reaching personal sales growth milestones.
- Access to enhanced bonus pools that offer an approximate $40 boost for distributors qualifying for the Empowerment Pool and expanded eligibility for Platinums in the rebranded Performance Pool.
- Flexible rank advancement with rank compression so leaders can qualify for rank with the top builders in their teams, regardless of personal enrollment.
Kirk Jowers, dōTERRA CEO, described the new compensation plan as one that “reflects [dōTERRA’s] ongoing commitment to helping [dōTERRA] distributors build a meaningful and sustainable business.”
