Mary Kay’s new global brand campaign, Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared, has now launched in its German market. This campaign is the largest-ever global consumer-facing campaign and long-term brand strategy for the company, and is expected to address what it calls a “profound cultural longing for community and connection that the world, and generations of women, are feeling more than ever.”
Beauty as a shared experience across generations is a common tradition for many German women, and this new campaign will be introduced as a way to celebrate how customers and Independent Beauty Consultants in Germany connect through trusted relationships, product recommendations and personal experiences.
“Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared reflects who we are and what we have always stood for: women supporting women,” said Ryan Rogers, Mary Kay Inc. Chief Executive Officer. “As we enter our next phase of growth, we celebrate and empower every Mary Kay woman, from our Independent Beauty Consultants to their customers. Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared is more than a campaign; it is a movement.”
The campaign rollout will begin October 1st at Matcha Daily in Munich, followed by a partnership with InStyle Magazine in November when Mary Kay Germany will host an exclusive, invitation-only event for influencers and content creators who will be given the opportunity to experience the brand and selected Mary Kay products before sharing their impressions with their unique communities.
“For forty years, Mary Kay has empowered women across Germany to dream bigger, achieve more and help others rise along the way,” said Elke Kopp, General Manager of Mary Kay Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. “As we prepare to celebrate our 40th anniversary here in Germany, the Beauty Is More Beautiful Shared campaign honors the extraordinary strength of our community and the belief that success is most meaningful when it is shared. The campaign also reflects the powerful connections between generations of women, with beauty knowledge, confidence and entrepreneurial spirit being shared from one generation to the next. We are proud of the lasting impact Mary Kay has had on generations of German women and excited to continue building businesses, confidence and lasting connections for years to come.”
