At its General Session at eXpcon Miami, eXp Realty announced the launch of Mira, an advanced AI-powered business assistant designed to “fundamentally streamline how agents access information and run their businesses.” Mira combines natural language processing with eXp’s proprietary real-time data and systems and allows agents to receive personalized answers across multiple tools and data sets in one simple platform, reducing complexity and time waste.
“Our vision for Mira goes beyond answering simple questions — it’s about becoming the strategic co-pilot for every agent,” said Sumanth Kamath, eXp Realty Chief Technology Officer. “By combining cutting-edge AI with eXp’s powerful, agent-centric data ecosystem, we are creating an assistant that grows with every agent and helps them succeed at scale, regardless of their tenure or market.”
As agents embrace this new technology, the company has also launched eXp University AI Accelerator Series, a free training to teach agents how to integrate AI and automation to scale their businesses. The eight-week series is part of the eXp University’s NeXt Agent technology training and will feature top AI trainers and coaches as it teaches agents how to wield AI to delegate busywork, automate marketing and generate consistent lead flow.
“Technology won’t replace agents, but agents who master technology will. That’s why we’re making this elite-level AI training accessible and free to every single agent in our ecosystem,” said Leo Pareja, eXp Realty CEO. “This is more than just training; it’s a commitment to ensuring our agents have a massive, sustainable competitive advantage in a fast-evolving market. We are putting the most advanced tools and the top minds in AI directly into the hands of our agents, so they can stop reacting and start leading.”
Bryon Ellington, eXp Realty Chief Learning Officer, described this AI masterclass as “crucial technology training.”
“This is a monumental differentiator for eXp, giving our agents custom GPTs, automation templates, and a skill set that directly translates into more income and more freedom,” Ellington said. “We hear, ‘Work smarter not harder’ all the time; this is how eXp agents learn to do just that.”
