Nu Skin’s 2023 Social Impact and Sustainability Report showed the company’s strides in its effort to prioritize its positive environmental and social impact. Nu Skin’s philanthropic organization, the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation, was central to these initiatives, supporting children around the world and aiding in the preservation of more than 1.4 million acres of natural habitats to date.
In 2023, some of the company’s high-impact ESG initiatives included:
- Donating more than $6.8 million to global projects that support conservation efforts and children.
- Supporting more than 600 life-saving heart surgeries through the Greater China and Southeast Asia children’s heart funds.
- Mobilizing 4,000 volunteers for global service projects.
- Facilitating 33 million meal donations to children in 12+ countries through the Nourish the Children program.
- Reducing plastic and paper usage by 40 tons and 12.5 tons respectively through environmental initiatives.
- Achieving RSPO-sourcing for 100% of its palm ingredients in its personal care products.
- Opening the eco-friendly Shanghai manufacturing facility with smart systems and green building standards.
