Amanda Mihalik, LegalShield Workforce Manager of Data and Reporting, received the Bronze Stevie Award for Contact Center Professional of the Year at the American Business Awards and International Business Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mihalik joined LegalShield in 2019 and has since been an integral part of the company’s resource management, tracking and reporting within Customer Care.
