Herbalife Nutrition announced plans for a new digital transformation initiative that includes the launch of Herbalife One, a single platform with a simplified and integrated experience for its distributors and customers. The platform’s new flexible architecture approach that integrates deep data analytics with insights is expected to provide high-speed deployment of future updates and increased performance.
As part of this new digital transformation initiative, Herbalife plans to invest $400 million, including an incremental expenditure of up to $250 million over three years, to develop new technologies and streamlined processes that will boost productivity and efficiency.
“We are excited to announce the board’s approval to proceed with our new digital transformation platform, the largest single investment in the company’s history,” said John Agwunobi, Chairman and CEO of Herbalife Nutrition. “The design of this new seamless platform experience is a result of extensive collaboration with our distributors to identify a technology that will enable our future growth, by delivering a best-in-class digital experience for all distributors and their customers.”
