Herbalife has been selected for inclusion in Forbes’ 2022 list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity. Among the industry category of Food, Soft Beverage, Alcohol and Tobacco, Herbalife was within the top ten.
Companies on this list were chosen based on an independent study of 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Those selected not only received the most recommendations, but also have the most diverse boards and executive ranks while having proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
“Our dedication to diversity stems from our conviction that creating a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace makes us a stronger organization,” said Everton Harris, Herbalife Nutrition Chief Human Resources Officer. “Our efforts are part of a continuous journey and this award underscores our drive to be best in class in creating an inclusive workplace.”
Herbalife’s commitment to diversity includes a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council co-led by Harris and the company’s CEO John Agwunobi.
