NewAge will debut new platforms and assets following the acquisitions of four partner companies: Noni, LIMU, Zennoa, and ARIIX.
All five entities will launch on NewAge.com on July 3, 2021. In this newly renovated site, all of its partner companies will coexist across the platform in separate sections to maintain the integrity and identity of the distinct brands and their unique brand stories. This combined shop will also revamp enrollment flow and support 14 languages and over 40 markets globally.
Also on July 3, the company will roll out its NewAge Share™ app, which will allow users to share social assets, videos, product profiles and motion graphics with customers and prospects via email, text and social media, manage new Brand Partner onboarding and training, track engagement on the assets shared, and get notifications about user engagement.
NewAge will celebrate the convergence of its five separate companies as well as the tenth anniversary of ARIIX and the 25th anniversary of Noni in an online event on July 25, 2021.
NewAge’s merger agreements with Noni, LIMU, Zennoa, and ARIIX is expected to create annual net revenue in excess of $500 million, with a blended gross margin of 70 percent and an expected EBITDA of more than $30 million.
