All regions reported lower year-over-year sales, with declines of 26% in Türkiye & Africa, 22% in Asia, 19% in Europe & CIS and 5% in Latin America. The company pointed to the termination of third-party sales from its Polish factory as a contributing factor in this decline. Adjusted EBITDA was -$1.6 million, which the company said reflected lower sales, but was partially offset by continued cost-control measures and lower marketing investments during the period.
The company ended the quarter with a cash balance of approximately $25.9 million.
