BeFra, previously known as Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V., announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of 2026. Net revenue for the quarter grew 43.1% year-over-year, resulting in $258 million. Gross margin during the quarter fell slightly from the third quarter of 2025 to 64.1%. Third quarter EBITDA was $54 million with an EBITDA margin of 20.9%. Net income was approximately $20 million with free cash flow of approximately $56 million. The company’s associate base grew 23.7% year-over-year to 1,456,034 people.
The increase in consolidated net revenue reflected Tupperware’s first full-quarter contribution, but the company noted that Tupperware Mexico’s direct selling business increased 23% year-over-year, and the decline in Tupperware Brazil’s direct selling model settled at 3.3%, compared to declines of 10-15% prior to the acquisition.
Brand and geographic expansion have served as a source of growth, and organic revenue grew 2.3%, which was driven by accelerated growth at Betterware, but partially offset by a 2.8% revenue decline by Jafra.
The Betterware brand saw a 9.7% year-over-year increase in net revenue ($81 million) with a gross margin of 53.8%. The Jafra brand saw a 2.8% year-over-year decline in net revenue ($103 million), but the average associate base grew 3.2%. Tupperware Latam saw a 6.8% year-over-year net revenue decline.
“Our third quarter results marked a significant step in BeFra’s evolution, expanding our scale, brand diversification, geographic reach and overall financial strength,” said Andrés Campos Chevallier, BeFra Group President and CEO.
