Herbalife Ltd. announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Pro2col Health LLC and Pruvit Ventures, Inc. It will now also have a 51% controlling ownership interest in Link BioSciences Inc.

Herbalife reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024. Net sales in the fourth quarter were $1.2 billion while net income was $177.9 million.

Herbalife Ltd. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael Johnson recently purchased 61,725 shares, acquired at an average price of $8.07 per share. The resulting purchase of almost $500,000 is viewed by the company as a vote of confidence in the company’s trajectory by its most senior leaders.
