Shaklee reported one of its strongest periods of growth in its 70-year history. The company described this momentum as “record-breaking growth” and reported an average increase of 29% year-over-year improvement in US and Canada for the month of November.
Shaklee announced it will open operations within New Zealand as a result of its acquisition of Modere assets in the market.
Following its successful acquisition of Modere’s assets, Shaklee has obtained an exclusive licensing agreement for Liquid BioCell Collagen. Shaklee stated that it sought the exclusive license to ensure the best-selling product would continue to be available to customers.
Shaklee announced it has acquired “substantially all” of Modere’s business. This acquisition includes Modere’s rights to all trademarks, patents and formulas for all Modere products and the exclusive license to sell Liquid BioCell Collagen.
Shaklee announced they are launching in Australia with Melissa Seitz as the General Manager. The news comes as Shaklee prepares to celebrate its 75th anniversary next year.
