After its declared intent to acquire 100% of Zurvita’s shares earlier this year, Zinzino negotiated a purchase of Zurvita’s assets through a Chapter 11 proceeding.

Zinzino announced its accumulated revenue results for January – November 2024. Overall, Zinzino’s group revenue reached $23 million, an increase of 26% when compared to 2023.

LR Health & Beauty reported a 7.2% increase in sales in Q3 2024. Total revenue in the quarter reached $73.32 million in sales. The company attributed this revenue boost primarily to the high demand for its new decorative cosmetics line LR ZEITGARD Signature and a large influx of new sales partners as a result of the realignment of its career plan.

LR Health & Beauty SE announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2024. Sales during the quarter increased by 7.2% to $73.2 million. EBITDA during the quarter increased to $7.7 million.

Zinzino announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2024. Revenue for the quarter grew 22% to $48 million. Gross profit was $16 million with a gross profit margin of 33.6%. EBITDA was $5.7 million with an EBITDA margin of 11.8%.

Mannatech, Incorporated announced its third quarter financial results for 2024. Net sales declined 2.5% year-over-year to $31.7 million, which the company said was primarily due to a slowing demand in Asia as a result of weakened economic conditions.
