Utility Warehouse (UW) has been rated as a Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband 2025. UW received high marks for customer service, connection reliability, ease and speed of contact, high value for money and communication.
This accolade follows UW’s rating as a Which? Recommended Provider for Energy earlier this year, making it the first-ever business in the UK to receive recommended provider status for both broadband and energy in the same year.

This Which? survey included rankings from a comprehensive group of 4,300 broadband customers who assessed key satisfaction criteria for their broadband suppliers.
