Partner.Co executives Katy Holt-Larsen and Vivian Chung-Patterson were honored at the Globee Women in Business Awards, an event that promotes gender equality and diversity in the workplace by celebrating the achievements of women who are making significant contributions to their respective fields by demonstrating exceptional leadership, innovation and success.
Holt-Larsen, Partner.Co Chief Impact Officer and Area President of North America, was awarded the Leadership Achievement in Sales award for driving remarkable growth and transformation. Under her leadership, the company’s North America market has experienced a more than 100% increase in both revenue and customer acquisition, and a more than 300% increase in Brand Partner enrollments.
“Recognition on this level is truly humbling, but what makes it even more meaningful is being part of an industry that champions the empowerment of women,” Holt-Larsen said. “Every day, I’m inspired by the incredible women I work alongside, and I’m grateful to contribute to a legacy of leadership and opportunity for future generations to thrive.”
Chung-Patterson received the Woman Excellence of the Year in Marketing award for producing the PXP’24 | The Partner.Co Experience. Held in four separate locations, tickets to the event sold out in just four days and gathered more than 10,000 attendees worldwide. Chung-Patterson was recognized for her digital marketing campaign, which leveraged a blend of social media, teaser videos, email campaigns, app push notifications and website banners to general global anticipation.
“Leading up to PXP, the anticipation was palpable,” said Darren Zobrist, Partner.Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “On the corporate side, we were able to see the inner workings and knew what our Brand Partners were about to experience, but for Brand Partners, Vivian and her team’s marketing campaign set the stage for what was a historic world tour for Partner.Co.”
