Zilis LLC announced Angela (Angie) Thompson has acquired sole ownership of the company and will now serve as Chief Executive Officer. Thompson will now lead Zilis as it enters into a new phase of growth and promotes its health and wellness and hemp-derived CBD products, including its proprietary water-soluble formula designed to improve absorption levels of CBD oil, around the globe.
