doTERRA International, in response to challenging market conditions, announced it will lay off 7% of its workforce, approximately 290 employees. This response is part of the company’s restructuring as it works to reduce costs and will provide affected employees with comprehensive support packages, including severance benefits, outplacement services and extended healthcare benefits.
“These difficult decisions are crucial for streamlining operations and continuing to deliver high-quality products to meet the needs of Wellness Advocates and customers around the world,” doTERRA said in a statement.
