Citizens Advice, a national association within the UK that supports customer security, ranked Utility Warehouse (UW) fourth in the nation for energy customer service. The rankings assessed 16 suppliers, placing UW higher than almost all of the country’s “big six” (Octopus, British Gas, Ovo and Scottish Power), and giving UW a higher overall rating and improved scores for complaint handling and ease of contact.
This ranking follows UW’s improved customer satisfaction levels as recognized by the UK Customer Satisfaction Index, a national barometer of customer satisfaction published by the Institute of Customer Service.
“As many households continue to face cost-of-living pressures, we’re seeing increasing numbers of customers join UW to bundle services together and make savings on their monthly bills,” said Rob Harris, UW Chief Operating Officer. “Excellent customer service is absolutely fundamental to our success and that’s why we have a laser-like focus on delivering exceptional support for our customers with the very best help and advice.”
