USANA’s first annual sustainability report, a document that provides an overview of the company’s priorities and management of its corporate sustainability efforts, including environmental, social and governance (ESG), shows the company’s progress within the 2020 fiscal year.
Within the report are key statistics about USANA’s recent achievements:
- The reuse and recycling of more than 50% of waste in operations
- Savings of an average of 2.67M gallons of water per year through several water-saving initiatives
- The transition to 25% Post-Consumer Recycled materials for bottles in specific markets, along with shifting to smaller bottles to reduce plastic usage
- 90% of USANA employees believe their supervisor, or someone at work, cares about them as a person
- USANA’s Tuition Reimbursement Program provided $2M+ to employees
- 100% of USANA employees are trained on its Code of Ethics and cybersecurity policies
