In 1999, Joni made her dreams of entrepreneurship come true when she founded SeneGence. Inspired by an idea she had as a young mother, SeneGence launched with a single product—a revolutionary long-lasting lipstick named LipSense.
While the business and product line continued to evolve over the years, so has Joni’s steadfast commitment to innovate and evolve. Today, she oversees more than 200 employees in SeneGence’s offices worldwide. She and her company have been recognized with honors, including DSN’s Bravo Leadership Award, being named one of the Most Inspiring Trailblazers and Leaders.
In fact, “trailblazer” perfectly describes Joni and her dedication and mission not only for SeneGence but the entire channel.
