Avon Products, Inc., the US-based non-operational holding company of the Avon beauty brand, announced it has initiated voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to address its debt and legacy talc liabilities. Avon Products has not sold goods within the US since it divested its North American business segment in 2016.

Natura &Co announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2024, reporting consolidated net revenue of $1.3 billion, a 5.7% year-over-year increase in constant currency. Adjusted EBITDA was $146 million with a net loss of $156 million, compared to a net loss of $133 million in last year’s quarter.

Coway Co., Ltd. announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2024, reporting a 7% increase in total revenue from the previous year’s quarter. Second quarter 2024 revenue reached $789 million with a gross profit of $154 million.

Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2024, reporting $110.6 million in net sales, a 5% decline versus the second quarter of 2023. Adjusted EBITDA was down 8% year over year to $10.4 million.

Nu Skin announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2024, reporting revenue of $439.1 million, compared to $500.3 million in the same quarter last year. Total customer numbers declined 14% to 893,514 while sales leaders and paid affiliates declined 16% and 17% respectively.

The Beachbody Company, Inc., now known as BODi, announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2024, reporting total revenue of $110.2 million, down from $134.9 million in the second quarter of 2023.
