The Texas Lyceum, a non-profit, non-partisan, state-wide leadership organization, inducted its class of 2025, including Michelle Erbeyi, Mary Kay Manager of Public Affairs and Public Policy. Erbeyi has been a part of the Mary Kay Global organization for almost a decade and specializes in corporate social responsibility and government relations.

Crayton Webb, a direct selling industry expert and co-host of this year’s DSN Global Celebration, was also named the organization’s president. Webb co-founded LuncefordWEBB Government Relations and is now the owner and CEO of Sunwest Communications. His career has been spent at the intersection of public service, business and community impact and he is expertly skilled at navigating political and policy arenas.
This year, 26 new Directors were added to the Lyceum at its annual Investiture ceremony on the Senate Floor of the State Capitol Building as it embarks on its national “Campaign for Civility,” a call for elected officials to embrace civil discourse as they seek to find common ground.
“I am deeply honored to lead this incredible organization at such a transformative time and am inspired by the exceptional group of individuals we have just welcomed as new Directors, each of whom has pledged to approach the challenges facing our state and nation with dedication, thoughtfulness, and civility,” Webb said. “As we launch the national Campaign for Civility, I am both grateful and hopeful that their embodiment of the values and mission of the Lyceum will inspire elected officials and citizens alike to embrace civil discourse.”
The Texas Lyceum selects business and civic leaders across the state for their leadership, service and dedication to fostering dialogue and cultivating civic engagement across the state of Texas. The Lyceum hosts 96 active directors and is known for its alumni who have served as US Presidents, White House staff, US Senators, US House Members, Ambassadors and other high-ranking leadership roles within both political and corporate organizations.
