The Avon Company announced a new Avon Ambassador commission structure. This new program is designed to “modernize, simplify and elevate business.” Avon stated it is dedicated to the direct selling business model, and that this new structure is intended to reward Avon Ambassadors for their performance while making it easier to maximize earnings.
The new structure, effective January 1, 2025, focuses on five commission tiers that allow Ambassadors to earn faster and attain more incentives, with the intention to drive rapid business growth. The previous fixed commission structure that was tied to annual sales volume will now be replaced with a variable commission structure that is based on total sales volume from campaigns, which take place in two-week cycles. As campaign sales volume increases, so too will commissions. Ambassadors can now earn variable commission rates up to 50% per campaign.
“Our mission at Avon has always been to empower our Ambassadors with financial opportunity,” said Liza Maldonado, Head of Sales at Avon North America. “These changes to our commission structure reaffirms our commitment to supporting our Avon Ambassadors and the direct selling business. This innovative and rewarding new framework sets a clear pathway for recognition and advancement. We are excited to give our Avon Ambassadors more opportunities to grow their businesses and build long-lasting Avon success.”
