Fluid, a digital transformation provider within the direct sales industry, announced the acquisition of Think Box, a software development company specializing in web development and executive dashboards. The move aims to expand Fluid’s capabilities in custom web development and enhance its digital transformation platform for its clients under its new professional services division, Fluid Studios.
Think Box focuses on improving e-commerce and back-office operations for direct sales companies by fixing software development bottlenecks and enhancing system integration initiatives. Their expertise is expected to complement Fluid’s existing offerings, which include e-commerce tools, AI features, messaging solutions, front-end development, and marketing support.
“This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Fluid,” said Mike Tingey, Fluid CEO. “By bringing Think Box into the Fluid family, we are not only increasing our capacity to meet the growing demand for our services but also enhancing our ability to provide customized web development solutions for our clients. Think Box’s expertise in web development, dashboard insights, and AI integrations perfectly complements our mission to empower direct sales companies with innovative technology.”
Think Box’s existing partnerships with back-office CRM providers like Salesforce, Exigo, Direct Scale, ByDesign, Flight and Shopify will allow Fluid to offer clients further back-office development support through experienced developers and integrations.
“We are excited to be joining the Fluid family with the creation of Fluid Studios and continue to bring customized solutions to the industry,” said Brian Palmer, Think Box HQ Chief Executive Officer.
Fluid will collaborate with Think Box’s existing customers to ensure a smooth transition and offer them access to Fluid’s platform and its advanced digital transformation features.
