Awakend has issued a public statement announcing the dissolution of the company’s partnership with Q Sciences.
Initially revealed in January 2024, the collaboration between the two organizations presented a shared vision of uniting two purpose-driven movements. This alliance aimed to introduce groundbreaking technologies, products backed by science, and global opportunities to a combined network of nearly 100,000 representatives.
In the process of finalizing the agreement, due diligence into Q Sciences uncovered new information that rendered the partnership unfeasible. Furthermore, it became clear that there was a fundamental misalignment in vision, mission, and business practices, making it impossible to proceed.
“Despite our profound disappointment in having to withdraw from Q Sciences to safeguard the integrity of our company and support our dedicated, passionate Members, we are confident it was the necessary course of action,” said Awakend Owner and CEO Rodney James. “Proceeding in partnership with a company whose path diverges significantly from ours was not something we could, in good conscience, endorse. Our commitment to the Awakend mission remains steadfast, as does our dedication to fostering opportunities for our members to achieve personal and professional success.”
