Southwestern Family of Companies (SWFC) hosted its Southwestern Advantage Great Leadership Summit in Tennessee, welcoming attendees for presentations on sales, mentorship and leadership in alignment with the events theme: Perfect Effort, Perfect Planning, Perfect Execution. The event was followed by the company’s 25th annual Freddies awards ceremony, which honored top sales and team leaders.
SWFC has already held a number of events in 2024, including the Kickoff and Awards event in Prague, Czech Republic and two awards ceremonies in Nashville, Tennessee.
