eXp Realty hosted its 12th annual EXPCON event in Las Vegas, welcoming more than 8,500 attendees in a hybrid in-person and virtual event. Sessions were livestreamed and recorded in eXp’s metaverse, eXp World, where agents collaborate in a virtual reality office environment.
“This was our largest EXPCON ever and we had the best lineup of speakers and influencers in the industry,” said Glenn Sanford, eXp World Holdings Founder, Chairman and CEO. “Our agents, brokers and staff all learned and networked for three days and it was an over-the-top feeling to be together again after two years.”
Notable speakers included tennis great Venus Williams; Undercover Billionaire star Glenn Stears; top-producing agent Veronica Figueroa; and motivational speaker and bestselling author Grant Cardone.
eXp leaders shared the company’s record-setting financial results, including eXp agents’ $48.7 million in revenue share during the third quarter of 2021—a 72% increase over the previous year.
“Our strong results in the U.S. housing market, coupled with our well-received global expansion and growing eXp Commercial business have all helped to drive these numbers,” said Jason Gesing, eXp Realty CEO. “This growth is tied back to our deep commitment to continually give back and provide significant value to our agents.”
The company also announced the launch of SUCCESS Coaching, a customized development program, and SUCCESS Space, a retail-based coworking concept. SUCCESS Lending, which was announced earlier this year, will soon begin operations in Colorado, Illinois and Tennessee.
