4Life announced the opening of its new distribution center, located in Louisville, Kentucky.
The 38,000 square foot warehouse will serve as a major distribution point for the company and employ 20 new 4Life team members. When at full capacity, up to 60% of the company’s U.S. domestic shipments will transfer through the facility.
“This latest strategic footprint is all about maintaining excellent customer service and continuing to invest in growth,” says 4Life President and CEO Danny Lee. “Once upon a time, this Distribution Center was a great idea. Our growing customer base has now rendered it a necessity.”
Executives President and CEO Danny Lee, Chief Financial Officer Mark Ostler, Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Nate Buhler, and Senior Vice President of Sales Trent Tenney were in attendance for the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
“This is a major shipping corridor, and among the largest logistics hubs,” Buhler said. “We’ve been working on the idea for more than three years. Our build out took three months. Many thanks to our new local crew, with special acknowledgement and gratitude to Senior Director of Logistics and Fulfilment Jarrod Parry and Senior Manager of the Kentucky Distribution Center Zack Mayhew from our global headquarters in Utah.”
