To support distribution partners during the coronavirus pandemic, PM-International is currently offering free shipping for end customer orders.
The offer is valid worldwide for all orders over €50.
PM-International is positioned worldwide as an online business. PM-International Team Partners can consult their customers via video conference from home and place orders online. These are handled entirely by PM-International within its Customer Direct Program. The company has been offering free shipping for end customers since April. Initially, the offer is valid until the end of this month.
Rolf Sorg, CEO and founder of PM-International, sees the free shipping offer as an investment in distribution partners: “It’s our responsibility towards our Team Partners to offer flexible solutions. During the past weeks, customer support via direct contact was not possible in many countries. Our Customer Direct Program with free shipping offers an alternative which allows our Team Partners to run their business securely from home, without restrictions.”
In Italy, one of the countries most affected by the coronavirus pandemic, PM-International sent out more than 8,000 end customer deliveries in April. This corresponds to a 340 percent increase compared to the previous month.
