Just two months after initiating operations in the United States, social seller VIIVA has launched in its first international market: Mainland China.
The company recently celebrated the launch with a three-day event in Shanghai. Nearly three thousand people attended the event that included company founders announcing new business partnerships and introducing several exclusive products, including VIIVA’s flagship line of customizable breakfast blends.
“With a multi-national management team and a founder who has built three separate billion-dollar plus organizations in China, we are optimistic about launching VIIVA into this market,” said Steinway Huang, CEO and co-founder of VIIVA. “Since the founding of VIIVA, we’ve taken a modern, global approach to the business, from developing an aggressive international expansion strategy to providing a globally appealing line of products and investing in a robust technology infrastructure that will support international growth.”
VIIVA’s launch into China is part of its distribution partnership with Han Win, a China-based mobile, e-commerce platform. At the launch event, VIIVA also highlighted its VIIVA Cares initiative and the $1 million-dollar food pledge to its charity partner, the World Children’s Fund. VIIVA Cares is a corporate initiative focused on providing nutritional support to children in need.
