The Direct Selling Association has filed comments with the United States Department of Labor, stating that the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, as it pertains to employee or independent contractor classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act, creates confusing standards for millions of direct sellers in the U.S.
In her new role as Publisher, Patricia will lead the content strategy, execution and editorial position of the magazine including print, online and DSN’s multiple platforms and free resources. Additionally, she will support DSN’s advertising and event sponsorship offerings.
