Board members for the Direct Selling Association of Canada met with Members of Parliament, senators, and other government officials during a two-day meeting in Ottawa, the nation’s capital, to discuss the importance of independent contractor status for distributors and the need for a regulatory framework, as well as to advocate for the direct selling industry as a whole.
