eXp World Holdings, the holding company for eXp Realty, announced new executive hires as the company prepares for the next phase of momentum and growth. 

Shoeb Ansari has been named Chief Information Officer of eXp World Holdings. In this new role, Ansari will lead software engineering, product management, information technology, product launch, project management, data services and innovation. Prior to this role, Ansari was the Chief Technology Officer for a SaaS provider of property management systems. 

Leo Pareja is now President of Affiliated Services for eXp Realty and will oversee all of eXp Realty products and services such as mortgage, title, escrow and lead-generation platforms. Pareja has more than two decades of real estate experience and co-founded one of the largest private lending companies on the East Coast of the U.S.
