4Life announced the return of Ross Terry to the role of Vice President of Global Markets. Terry brings expertise in global customer experience modeling, large-scale operational support, AI integration, business processing across SaaS sectors, ecommerce and wellness. Terry was a part of the 4Life executive team from 2011 to 2021, when he served in a number of roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Training.
