Southwestern Family of Companies announced that Patty Hoppenstedt, previously Vice President of Human Resources, has been promoted to Chief Operations and People Officer. Hoppenstedt is also a member of the Southwestern Family of Companies Board of Directors. 

Hoppenstedt has almost three decades of experience in operations and HR leadership and was selected to be a member of Chief, a network of 10,000 senior executives designed to magnify the influence of the most powerful women in executive leadership in the United States.
