eXp Realty has appointed Patrick O’Neill as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. O’Neill will now oversee the enhancement of end-to-end agent experience and operational workflow, and will scale eXp operations for new growth amid global expansion. 

O’Neill has more than two decades of executive experience leading and building high-growth technology businesses.
