NewAge, Inc. announced the addition of Judith Hammerschmidt to its Board of Directors. Hammerschmidt brings more than three decades of experience in corporate law to the role, as well as an extensive understanding of international nutritional supplement and food laws, direct selling regulations worldwide, and the required approval processes for nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals and cosmetics.

Previously, Hammerschmidt held the Chief Counsel position for a large direct selling company where she led legal, regulatory, distributor compliance and product approval across 60 countries. She has also led a legal consultancy since 2002, serving a number of direct selling companies that are expanding both domestically and abroad.
