Pace is a seasoned regulatory affairs executive within the direct selling and CPG industries and brings expertise in compliance strategies, complex regulatory issues across diverse market platforms and organizational legacy protection.

Previously, Pace co-founded a successful regional CPG company with his family before working as an executive at a well-known direct selling company.
