Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. announced a new corporate leadership structure that will support the company’s growth. After an acquisition of JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc., this new leadership model will combine the hiring of new talent, while also incorporating the preexisting experience within the executive management at Betterware. All executives will now report directly to Luis G. Campos, the executive chairman of the board for Betterware.
Included in this leadership restructuring:
- Juan Luis Toscano, Corporate Chief Talent Officer, will oversee human resources in both Betterware and JAFRA. Toscano has more 25 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in building and managing multicultural and multifunctional teams.
- Carlos Doormann, Corporate Chief Financial Officer, will lead financial execution across Betterware and JAFRA, including strategic and financial planning and investor relations with banks and external auditors. Doormann brings significant experience in financial and business strategies, risk management and financial reporting.
- Mauricio Alvarez, Corporate Chief Information Officer, will deploy and oversee all technology developments in Betterware and JAFRA. Alvarez was previously Chief Information Officer at Betterware and will now support future growth at both organizations through data, cybersecurity and infrastructure. Alvarez is a seasoned information technology executive whose previous roles include overseeing technology for major household name brands.
- Rebeca Figueroa, Chief Commercial Model Officer, will lead replication of Betterware’s commercial model and three strategic pillars in JAFRA. Previously, Figueroa was New Business Director of Betterware. Figueroa is an experienced direct selling executive with expertise in product innovation, merchandising and brand communications.
- Andres Campos, Chief Executive Officer of Betterware, will continue in this role, begun in 2018.
- Diana Jones, Chief Financial Officer of Betterware, will continue in this role, begun in 2020.
