LegalShield announced Anthony Conte has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Conte has served in CFO and COO executive leadership roles for other companies and brings more than two decades of experience leading high-growth organizations, as well as expertise in financial strategy, operational leadership, business scaling and transformation. In this new role, Conte will oversee LegalShield’s finance organization and support the company’s continued focus on disciplined growth, operational strength and long-term value creation.

Conte succeeds Steve Williamson, who will retire after more than 25 years with the company.
