doTERRA announced Jessica Moultrie has been appointed President of North America. Moultrie worked as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate for 15 years, building a Presidential Diamond organization that developed high-ranking leaders and empowered individuals to create meaningful impact in their communities. This is the first time the company has filled this role with a former Wellness Advocate, and doTERRA stated that the appointment reflects a broader shift across direct selling, where tighter alignment between corporate strategy and field reality is becoming increasingly critical.
