At the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Real Brokerage Inc. welcomed approximately 2,000 agents for three days of innovation, networking and vision casting. This year’s theme was “The Future is Real, the Future is You” and was a reflection of the company’s belief that “the future of the real estate industry is being shaped not only by innovative technology, but by the agents who build stronger businesses, deeper relationships and lasting success on the back of that innovation.”
“Real estate is entering a new era, and RISE is where we bring that future to life for our agents,” said Tamir Poleg, Real REMAX Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “We’re excited to share new technologies that take everyday work off their plate and give agents more time to focus on what matters most: building relationships, serving clients and growing their businesses.”
Real REMAX Group Chief Technology Officer Pritesh Damani unveiled Leo Pro, the company’s next generation of artificial intelligence technology. Leo Pro was designed to run an agent’s business alongside them by bringing together AI-powered capabilities that work across the agent’s entire ecosystem. This launch was announced in tandem with the new Referral Central, which brings agent-to-agent referrals directly into reZEN, the company’s proprietary operating system. The goal of this technology suite, the company said, was to give agents “greater leverage by taking on repetitive work while keeping agents at the center of client relationships and business decisions.”
With Leo Pro, agents can turn property photos into cinematic video tours, create social media content for listings and develop marketing materials that are customized for their individual business. Leo Pro is also connected to each agent’s CRM, which means it can re-engage cold leads, follow up with prospects, book showings, share properties, prepare listing presentations, automate tasks throughout a transaction and help agents create opportunities while they maintain complete control of the client relationship and key decisions.
“Leo Pro is not here to replace the real estate agent. It’s here to make the agent more powerful,” Damani said. “Leo Pro can take a request, figure out what needs to happen and coordinate the work across the tools an agent already uses. It can turn leads into new opportunities, answer questions, move deals forward and keep work progressing when an agent is focused elsewhere. The goal is simple: You ask, and Leo Pro gets the work done.”
Also unveiled at the event was an expanded set of financial tools available to agents in Real Wallet, the company’s fintech offering, that will provide enhanced banking capabilities and more flexible access to business capital. Real Wallet adoption has risen to include 35% of Real’s US agents and Real Wallet checking accounts have grown to $45 million, up from $20 million last year.
“This is about fundamentally changing what a brokerage can do for an agent beyond the transaction itself,” said Dominic Parikh, General Manager of Real Wallet. “Real Wallet is becoming the financial platform our agents’ businesses run on. Our vision is to give every Real agent the financial tools that align how they get paid, help them manage their money and give them the ability to invest in growth when the opportunity arises.”
The enhanced Real Wallet banking experience, which is expected to be available in 2027, will include a redesigned experience where agents can create multiple accounts and automatically designate where commissions and revenue-share payouts should be routed. Business partners will be able to access, view and manage shared Real Wallet accounts directly within reZEN and teams managing multiple business will be able to manage accounts for each entity.
“Technology should make agents more capable, not less important,” said Tamir Poleg, Real REMAX Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “The future we’re building for our agents and the industry is one where technology takes more of the operational burden off agents’ shoulders, giving them more freedom to focus on the clients, relationships and decisions that drive their businesses.”
