Scandinavia-based Zinzino announced a strategic partnership that would allow it to acquire ACN’s European distributor database after ACN finalized plans to wind down its direct selling operations in Europe. This distributor database will be integrated into Zinzino’s existing technical platform, which is expected to “create growth through the synergies that arise in the joint networks.”
Previously, Zinzino acquired VMA Life in 2020 and Enhanzz in 2022. This new partnership is part of the company’s broader strategy to further strengthen its distribution power, access new markets and leverage its product portfolio in new customer areas.

As part of this agreement, ACN will invest $1 million in Zinzino’s holding company Manna Holdings, LLC, and Zinzino will invest in the partnership based on the sales development generated by the acquired distributor organization during 2024-2029. Zinzino’s board of directors also authorized the issuance of B shares to Manna equivalent to $1 million.
