eXp World Holdings, Inc. announced its pending acquisition of Zoocasa Realty Inc. and Zoocasa.com, a consumer real estate search portal and brokerage based in Toronto, Canada. With this addition, eXp Realty would have the opportunity to improve its online lead generation and home search and listing opportunities for its agents and brokers.
