Herbalife Nutrition’s philanthropic initiative, Herbalife Nutrition Foundation (HNF), celebrated Universal Children’s Day by donating food to its Casa Herbalife partner SOS Children’s Village, Tema. Casa Herbalife is a network of 140 global charities Herbalife collaborates with to support its mission to help eliminate world hunger and malnutrition.
“We’re very grateful to Herbalife Nutrition Foundation for its generosity,” says Alexander Mar Kekula, National Director for SOS Children’s Villages Ghana. “Undoubtedly, these items will go a long way to support the children’s nutritional needs while ensuring their proper growth and development. Thank you, Herbalife Nutrition Foundation!”
The commitment to improve the lives of children in need in Ghana also extends beyond food donations to volunteer hours contributed by Herbalife Nutrition’s employees and field representatives.
“We believe that good nutrition is more than just having enough food to eat; it’s about having access to the right nutrition, a well hydrated body and rest,” says Clarence Amenyah, Country Director for Herbalife Nutrition Ghana. “Our Casa Herbalife programs are designed to give children the nourishment, care and education they need to thrive today and spread their wings tomorrow.”
