LivePURE announced the beta rollout of a new AI-powered platform that provides sales assistance and support to its distributors. The new platform was developed with LivePURE’s in-house IT specialists and R&D experts to merge technology, conversational product education, personalized wellness guidance and customer support into one interactive shopping experience.
Additionally, the platform is gathering insights from customer questions and shopping behaviors that will be utilized to develop new support resources that will help distributors serve their customers in what it believes will be a more personalized and scalable way.
