At the Globee Awards, 4Life was named “Most Innovative Company of the Year.” This 2025 Gold Globee award was bestowed for the company’s plant-based transfer factor protein discovery, research, patent application and publication.
4Life’s team spent five years researching transfer factors, leading to multiple scientific publications that prove that plants pass immune information to seeds using analogous immune proteins. Previously, it was believed that only mammals and avians possessed this ability.
This finding highlighted “Brassica napus as a promising plant-based alternative to animal-based transfer factors.” The discovery was announced live on local television and also earned 4Life the World Plant-Based Protein Innovation Award.
